Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Made-to-Order Products Our streetwear is made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and reduce waste. This means each piece is created specifically for you after you place your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• South Africa: 7-14 business days
• International: International shipping

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Issues If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at praysmondarkson@gmail.com. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping your order.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
